I am a qualified counsellor with a private practice in Saffron Walden, Essex. With a background in medical science and childhood and youth studies.

Over the years I have always strived to help others and through my practice and blog my aim is to help others with their own personal and unique journeys.

We all make mistakes, trust me on this! But somehow we seem to learn from every experience, good, bad or indifferent.

I have a variety of interests that range from swimming, walking, climbing, photography, scouting, organising and spending time with loved ones. I also have an inner sloth that likes to come out and veg in front of the TV every so often.
